• Custom or bulk hospitality orders may require 3–5 business days.

4.2 Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (nationwide)
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (selected areas)
• Free Delivery: Orders above R1,000 qualify for free standard delivery.

4.3 Shipping Costs

For orders below the free-shipping threshold, a flat-rate fee will be calculated at checkout.

4.4 International Shipping

Currently, we deliver across South Africa. International shipping may be arranged upon request — please contact us for a quotation.

4.5 Risk of Loss

Once the order has been dispatched, The Salted Room is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.
