2.1 Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used personal care products (lotions, washes, oils, foam baths, etc.)
• Gift cards or digital items
• Products damaged by misuse or neglect

2.3 Refunds

• Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
